Information we use
We use contact emails, delivery addresses, order details and payment references to process purchases, arrange delivery, provide support and handle refunds or disputes. Saved account emails and addresses are private and can be edited or removed. Changes do not rewrite earlier orders.
We use sign-in information, essential cookies and security checks to protect account and order access. Registration is not marketing consent. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and data; PayPal processes payments; Resend and Brevo deliver emails; Mux serves community videos. Order and delivery information is used for fulfilment. We do not store card numbers or PayPal passwords. Providers may process data outside your country, including operator access from China.
Visits & email preferences
Website statistics use approximate country and region and protected IP identifiers, not precise location. The statistics feature does not store raw IP addresses, emails or referral links, or add analytics cookies. Identifiers are kept for up to 30 calendar days; aggregate counts remain. DNT and GPC signals are respected.
Authorized marketing emails may record delivery, opens, clicks and replies through our email providers. You can unsubscribe using the email link or by replying “Unsubscribe”.
Google AdSense advertising is not enabled. Any later advertising activation requires an updated notice and applicable privacy controls.
Public content & private messages
Comments display your name, text and posting times publicly, not your email or order details. You can edit or remove your own comments; moderation records may remain.
Shop conversations are private to the customer and authorized shop representatives. Messages and timestamps are stored for support and abuse prevention. Do not include passwords, codes or card details.
Retention & your choices
Real order and financial records have no automatic expiry and may be retained for fulfilment, refunds, disputes or required recordkeeping. Deleting an account removes access but does not automatically erase those records. Backups may retain earlier data and require a separate deletion request.
You may request access, correction or deletion, and other rights available under applicable law, including complaints to your local data-protection authority. We may verify account ownership before disclosing data and respond within applicable statutory deadlines.
