Orders & payment

Review your selected items, quantities, total and delivery and return terms before paying. The terms recorded with your order remain applicable if a listing changes. Payment is confirmed only after server verification of a completed payment; approval or a return to the website alone is not confirmation.

Cancelling an unpaid order does not issue a refund. Earlier demo orders remain simulated and are never converted into charges.

Delivery

Cat Rainbows arranges fulfilment. Shipping charges and delivery estimates are shown on the product page or at checkout. Tracking updates may be delayed or incomplete; a tracking number alone is not a delivery guarantee.

Returns & refunds

Follow the return terms shown for your product and order. Contact us with your order reference before returning an item. Refund requests require review and approval; refunds are not automatically issued by the website. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You retain ownership of content you share and must have permission to publish it. Verification is not marketing consent. Community-seller checkout and old demo orders are separate from real shop purchases.

Digital photographs are subject to their stated personal-use license. Optional support payments are one-time, not recurring subscriptions. Read the full community and earlier-service terms, including content rights, account deletion, digital downloads and previously disclosed product-specific rules.
